Consultation and Pretreament

We understand that a large installed system may not be right for you and the portable may be too small to cover your entire property in a timely manner. For a reasonable fee, we can send a qualified wildfire mitigation specialist to your home or property at the beginning of the wildfire season and spray Phos-Chek long term fire retardant for you.

We recommend scheduling your appointment at the onset of your fire season. For safety reasons, we are not able to spray when a fire is within 5 miles of your property or under immediate threat. We reserve the right to refuse consultation/pretreatment service during a wildfire for safety reasons.

Consultation

$250 per visit (fee waived if pretreatment is sprayed)

Wildfire mitigation specialists will visit your property to assess wildfire exposure levels and make recommendations on the best course of preventative action.

Pretreatment with Phos-Chek long term fire retardant

$400 per 100 linear feet

If needed, the dry brush around the perimeter of the property is pretreated with Phos-Chek long-term fire retardant. This creates a barrier that will help protect the property throughout the wildfire season. Sprayed at appropriate US Forest Service Application levels.
